This course introduces students to environmental concepts and issues. Topics include ecological communities, land management, forest management, biogeochemical cycles, biodiversity conservation, endangered species, air and water pollution, climate change, nonrenewable energy, renewable energy, energy conservation, and ecological footprints. Note: Enrollment will be limited to 10 students.
