Plane analytic geometry with single variable differential calculus. Limits, derivatives, applications of derivatives, derivatives of transcendental functions and basic integration formulas. Prerequisite(s): MA 114 with a minimum grade of C, or by placement test

Remote Summer Session I Delivery Method: Asynchronous

Students will be expected to read and comment on the textbook through Perusall (a Canvas external application, no cost involved) and I will post videos of example problems. Homework will be submitted through Edfinity (~$3\month).I will not be using zoom. I will monitor Perusall for questions and will tailor the videos to focus on the topics the students have the most questions on.

I have no special software needs. Both Perusall and Edifinity are accessible through a modern internet browser. Edfinity will require students to create an account; Perusall ties into Canvas and accounts are automatically created.
