HPW 412 - Weight Training Instructor: CAPT Jim Whitten Location: Cormack Hall Weight Room Date/Time: Monday-Friday 9:45-11:45 a.m. Credit Hours: 0.5
This will be an activity coursed designed to give cadets “hands-on” exposure to various types of resistive training programs. Cadets will actively participate in variety of predetermined functional lifting programs relative to all of the components (strength, power, endurance) of muscular development. Note: All required HPW courses must be completed prior to taking electives. Prerequisite(s): HPW 102, HPW 105, HPW 200/HPW 201, and HPW 205
