This course bridges the gap between data-driven predictions and actionable insights by integrating predictive and causal machine learning techniques to develop evidence-based narratives. Cadets will explore how to use machine learning models not only to forecast outcomes but also to understand and quantify causal relationships critical for decision-making in leadership positions. This is not a course in statistics, econometrics, or coding. Instead, it will focus on an intuitive understanding of econometrics, machine learning, and logic. This focus will empower students to leverage LLMs to develop causal links in different contexts. Prerequisite(s): EC 304
