HPW 327 - Passive Stretching and Yoga Exercise Lecture Hours: 0 Lab Hours: 1 Credit Hours: 0.5
This course is an introduction to passive stretching techniques. Concepts taught in HPW 205 Principles of Conditioning will be reviewed and implemented throughout the semester. Content will combine theory and movement. Class periods will be broken up into mini lectures followed by activity. Both western and eastern approaches will be covered. Note: All required HPW courses must be completed prior to taking electives. Prerequisite(s): HPW 102 , HPW 105 , HPW 200 /HPW 201 , and HPW 205
