The course will promote your self-awareness as a person, follower, and leader to enhance your leadership effectiveness across different situations and organizations. As a pathway toward developing your own leadership style, you will have exposure to a variety of leadership models that will complement other leadership training received at VMI. In addition to readings and lectures, the course will encompass experiential learning; including class exercises and activities, self-assessments, and case studies to generate reflection and discussion.
