An introduction to operating management decisions which must be made to supply or produce the product or service of an organization. Integrating the major decision responsibilities of process, quality, capacity, and inventory issues through the use of cross-functional decision making is emphasized. Prerequisite(s): EC 203 or EC 270 or EC 303
