MS 430 - Company Grade Leadership

Credit Hours: 2

MS 430 is an academically challenging course where cadets will develop knowledge, skills, and abilities required of junior officers pertaining to the Army in Unified Land Operations and company-grade officer roles and responsibilities. This course includes reading assignments, homework assignments, small group assignments, briefings, case studies, practical exercises, and a comprehensive exam. Successful completion of this course will assist in preparing commissioning cadets for Basic Officer Leader’s Course-B. Note: Instructor approval is required. This course is the equivalent of MS 410 . Corequisite(s): MS 440
