The knowledge, skills, and abilities of management and non-management employees are essential in the attainment of organizational objectives. BU 322 examines the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, and compensation of employees, within the constraints of operating efficiency and applicable federal and state laws. Prerequisite(s): BU 220 .
