This course is an introduction to the analysis and valuation techniques used for fixed income securities (mainly bonds), derivative securities (options and futures) and alternative assets (real estate, commodities, etc.) focusing on the concepts and tools that are useful to managers and investors who want to use these securities in a well-diversified portfolio.
