An introduction to the concepts, methodologies, and applications of spreadsheet and simulation models in finance. Cadets will be required to use Excel, and commercial Excel add-in software packages, to design and build financial models for capital budgeting, portfolio allocation, value at-risk, simulation of financial time series, and financial option valuation. Prerequisite(s): BU 310
