BI 330 - Plants and Human Conflicts

This discussion-based course explores the roles that plants and their products, such as pharmaceuticals, fruits, and fibers, have played in the development of agriculture and modern culture. Past and current human conflicts resulting from plant shortages due to geography, war, or disease will be addressed. Prerequisite(s): No prerequisites.
