Program design methods, encapsulation, program maintenance. Run-time behavior and efficiency. Real-time considerations and recovery techniques. Large-scale programming, group management, testing. Language ambiguities and insecurities, subset and superset languages. Course is equated to CS-122 and cannot be taken for additional credit. The delivery platform used in this course to support students placed in isolation/quarantine during VMI Summer Session will be Canvas and Zoom. Note: Textbook: Y.
