BI 216 - Animal Behavior Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Credit Hours: 3
A general introduction to the study of animal behavior. Topics to be covered will include: development of behavior, neural and hormonal control of behavior, learning, aggression, and migration. Particular emphasis will be placed on the interpretation of behavior and research methods. Prerequisite(s): One of the following sequences:
BI 101 and BI 102 ,
BI 105 , BI 106 , and BI 200 , or
BI 111 , BI 112 , and BI 113 , or permission of the instructor.
