The normal development of organisms with a comparative description and analysis of the general principles governing growth and development. Laboratory work emphasizes embryology of the frog, chick, and pig. Prerequisite(s): One of the following sequences:

BI 101 and BI 102 ,

BI 105 , BI 106 , and BI 200 , or

BI 111 , BI 112 , and BI 113 . When Offered: Developmental Biology is offered on an every other year basis.
